This is Sachin Grover writing from Bhiwadi Distt Alwar Rajasthan
 
My Mobile No. is 8290108777
Alternate No.    8290146777
 
4 Months Back I called Airtel call center for availing cheaper option for voice call & internet usage for my hand mobile.I have been given suggestion to convert my 2 above no. in Family pack , I was told that by doing so my monthly bill will get reduced .For example in present condition its Rs 480/ month for 2 connection each, by doing suggestable change it will convert into Rs 883 for both connections & other connection bills will be merged into one bill only
 
The Irony & my complaint is they had converted my connection (8290108777) from Rs 480 per month to Rs 883 per month, however other connection (8290146777) is still getting bill of Rs 480 per month.Isnt it supper technique to fool customers & make your balance sheet strong for upcoming FY Q1 results which are going to announce soon within this month
 
For this i have called Airtel call center so many times, however my issue is not resolved
 
My request is kindly change my alternate connection (8290146777) into single billing to my main no. (8290108777)
My second request is please revert 4 months of billing of Rs 480 x4= Rs 1920 by the way of adjustment in my billing
 
As i can not expect this kind of wrong doing from compony of repute like you, I am feeling very disheartened & cheated as well. One side you say that you would like to bring customer complaints to “0”.Other side you find silly reasons of not accepting customer requests. Like in my case they said that they sent one message to my alternate no. 8290146777 which was not reverted.My point is if it is so then why you had changed plan for my connection 8290108777 , there was no message revert from this no. as well , if there is any please show me proof of the same 
 
However I do not know why i still believe that my complaint will get resolved by Airtel upto my satisfaction, without escalating it further to Online grievance portal or consumer forums or regulatory body
