Text of Complaint by Amruta pradhan:

I have booked for new Airtel broadband internet connection on June 25th and payment also done amount 2828.00. they promised to all set-up within 24 hours but still 20 days gone they not providing. Everyday I am calling sales person he is not responding my call and everyday calling to customer care they are saying it will resolve within 2 HRS or 4 hrs  we forwarded to upper level and your local authorities . Everyday they giving commitment but nobody taking responsibility to resolve my problem. Before I proses and payment Airtel person came to my building for site servey then they commitment to provide new connection.

I am suffering a lot and lot . please kindly help me as soon as possible. Airtel doing business only for money not looking customer angel  for better service. I am frankly tailing because sence 20 days I am calling and calling only. No one take responsibility.
