I am Airtel customer from years, suddenly company has changed its policy and has curtailed lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is highly unethical, I conberted an Airtel sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. By doing this I am not able to use my remaining balance and Airtel is asking me to recharge again from my account balance. Why I should double recharge and bear loss. This should be published for this cheating and our lifetime validity must be restored.
