Hi my name is Ankit Paul..I am an airtel user …this days airtel is cheating it’s customers…it’s about a few days ago when I got a message from airtel that my outgoing and incoming service will be stopped if I won’t recharge with RC35 after my unlimited pack expires.Then i asked the customer care of airtel …he told that I have to recharge my no with RC 35 or more or else my services will be stopped…when I bought airtel 1st time then it offered validity for lifetime but now we have to recharge per month with rs 35 …its not fare airtel is cheating it’s customers …if this goes on then it’s near when airtel will have to close his company..
