I have done recharge of Rs 99 two times when my data is over, the first time the data pack was completed and for the second pack it did not activated. When i contract the customer care there to around 45 minutes to answer and each time there put me on hold for at least 20 min without any solution. Then after few times of calling like this, there finally said it will be solved by 4 days but it closed the request within the night without any refund or other servies provided also now there are not answering my calls.
