Dear Sir,
Airtel Broad band Service Personal Mr.Hussain PhNo:07708367667 Promised to give us 40Mbps Connection and gave 2 Mbps Connection .
Airtel Employee misused the ignorance of my Elderly parents and later on I inquired that KK Nagar Surrounding don’t have Internet connectivity for 40 Mbps but the showed the pamplet for 40 Mbps and gave us 2 Mbps Connectivity .
Misused the Ignorance of my parents and giving faulty information to people of KK Nagar and giving them 2Mbps Connection instead of 40Mbps.
I want to alert the people of KK Nagar to get cheated by Airtel Officials. Kindly take an action.
I attach the document of installation where they used the ignorance of elderly and cheating us during this pandemic time.
