My customer ID 3016979777
On 20th June i called to customer care to get the information related to annual recharge option they told me that there is 3081 annual plan and you can recharge the same. So I did the same
But ,Now I called customer care. Multiple times but there are saying that there no such plan or they hang up without providing any information.
I wanted to know why they told about 3081 plan if it not applicable on connection
Second ,why it is not applicable on connection when even getting msg related same plan.
My our long time value customer ,hope you will address my complaint
