Text of Complaint by Sonal Singh:

I think Airtel has made some policies which is applicable  only to the customer’s not for airtel , the conditions and the regulation is only for the customer’s to save the airtel’s misguidance .

 In continuation to our last conversation i got a call from junaid or jogender, where he confirmed that the phone will be returned but cannot give an assurance that the same will not be  returned in the same condition as it was picked up.

Airtel staff is just trying to save his skin , as the misguidance has been done from airtel . i have called numerous times to reverse the claim and return my my phone back but the uneducated staff sitting in the call center and the service center are least bothered to attend there customer’s request .
From the day one, where i was intimated that the Insurance is of amount Rs.40000  , and in the process i have to pay 10% amount once the phone is picked . Then i was intimated that Rs. 38390 is the repair amount and i am eligible for Rs.30000 only . To clarify this i visited the service center where the staff mahesh at sahara mall told me that airtel dont keep your handset and the same will be repaired and will be delivered with in the time frame .
The time frame has to be followed by only the customer which was 21 days . Today is the 12th day. After all of these, I called numerous time to one assist service center(where they told me to directly get in touch with airtelsecure 121) and airtel service center  to understand the concept of BER and the guy Stanley told me the same thing that when the invoice in in my name how can airtel retain my set . After this i was assured that my phone is safe and will be delivered within the time frame . Yesterday I got a call from Srijana where she told that the handset is retained and i will only be liable for the claim amount as the same is credited in my account .
Today In continuation i got a call saying that one assist has approved the request of returning the Iphone and has provided me the black check with account details. In the next mail i have received where there airtel staff has mentioned that my phone will not be returned in the same condition.
Is it a vegetable market ? Customer is a fool for you guys .  In any condition i am in loss . Either i have to pay Rs. 8390 as the airtel staff told me , either my phone is retained or my phone will be returned but have no assurance the same will be returned in the same condition as it was picked up. What kind of a customer service is this .
When the tat was of 21 days how can u say that the phone will not be returned in the same condition. Just because of some incompetent staff i cannot be the sufferer . I want my phone back , i dont know how you do it .
In the name of insurance your guys are just fooling your customer , which insurance asks 10% amount for repair or which insurance says that only 30000 will be given and the phone will be retained which was just 114 days old .  Airtel has just showed its standard . I want my phone back, still 9 days are pending to complete the request cycle as i was told by airtel staff . and i want in the same way it was picked up .
I hope this mail would be sufficient as i am told not to call the service center again and again , because with this service request will be closed soon. U guys are pathetic and intentionally trying to ruin your customer just to save your staff.
After numerous followups , i come to a square one situation with no solution .
