I use airtel postpaid plan where i have provided with free mobile protection plan in the name of airtel secure.
I was using airtel from many years , but taking a airtel secure plan showed me the actual picture of airtel’s pathetic service . Airtel hires only incompetent people who are not clear about there own company policy.
The captioned service request was raised on 24/25 Jan 2021, where i have received the mail to upload the documents which was processed and then i had to deactivate my find my iphone ID and had to upload its image . Furthermore i had received the calculation mail where it was written that the damaged handset will be retained by one assist . After reading the mail i instantly visited the service center at Sahara Mall gurgaon and Met Mr. Mahesh and showed him the mail and asked to reverse the request as i want my phone back . But he told me that i will get my phone back repaired as the invoice is in my name ,airtel or one assist team do not keep the device.I was in continuous touch with Mr stanley also through customer service call center who told me the same that the phone will be repaired and returned back to me . How can airtel fool the customers and misguide the?. From the day First i received the calculation mail i was following up to reverse the request and return my phone but incompetent staff told me that there is nothing to worry your phone will be repaired and returned .
Today when i called up they said that under BER term my phone will be retained by the one assist team. How can your guys expect that a normal person could understand the these kind of technical terms. Despite of visiting the service center today at Sahara Mall staff told that the request cannot be reversed.
Although my insurance amount was of 40000 Rupees , only 30000 Rupees was approved and my phone which was just 4 months old was also retained , I Did not understand the concept of insurance . I was following for the same continuously and tried to resolve the problem at the earliest . After so many follow ups airtel team does not have courtesy to reply on mail, as our multiple conversations on call , i want my unrepaired handset back in the same condition it was delivered .Just because of your staff’s misguidance , i am suffering since long time .
I just want a solution and want my phone back urgently.
