Text of Complaint by anshu chaudhary:

I am Ms. Anshu owner of sai creation I am very old customer in your Airtel. but I am sorry to say now Airtel is doing a fraud with old customer, I have a landline wifi connection in my office as per my plan I done my six month advance payment on 5th dec. 2019 amount 5095 rest by mistake interest is pending from my side amount 917/- which I deposit on 10/12/2019. I have a receipt also as well as bank record.
but Airtel want to create a scene how to generate a payment then you are sending me a bill amount 2347/- because some Airtel technician suddenly come my office this new modem we are providing free of cost,

I said ok install it after this installation on next day I got a one msg from Airtel please submit this amount 2347/- before 13th feb 2020, after this msg I called in customer care centre they told us they have change my plan without my confirmation.

now we can’t do anything you have to submit this amount. why should I pay I already pay my six month advance payment. I ill never pay a single rupee till may 2020.

no one listen in your customer care centre that’s why I ill put a complaint on on your side as well as I will put same complain on google also.
