My name is Sanjay Sharma, I have taken the connection of Airtel whose number is 0121-4050998 and whose address is F-490, Himanshu Photostate , Ganga Nagar, Meerut, U.P.
On March 23 in our city, all shops, traffic, all types of businesses were closed due to the lock down, I have taken the connection of Airtel, this shop is my cyber café. I called Airtel Help Center on 6 April,
I called them and told them that our shop is closed due to the lock down, due to which I have deposited the old outstanding bill, please close my connection completely till you run the lock down … After that next For the month, the message of bill of Rs 1060 comes on my Gmail-
I again called the Airtel Help Center and said that they told that your connection was not closed and late penalty charge has been imposed on you due to the non-submission of your bill. I also told them that I had already given information about this to the help center and told them to close my connection.
So I will not deposit any bill .. I was abused by the call center in a vulgar manner and I was repeatedly called and asked to submit the bill – I also told them that my shop is closed due to lock down. Save the family from an epidemic like Corona or from what you are pressuring me.
I had called at the time of lock down and told me to close my connection.
I will not submit any bill
And if any pressure is made on me, then I will take legal action for it
