Hi #airtel #airtelbusiness,
It is cheating case with #airtel store Malviya Nagar, Jaipur office. On My request of adding new number in my family plan and request of closing a number of family plan on oct, 1, 2022. They (Mrs Dviya and Tanveer Mirza) had given wrong information that it needed 120 days minimum time of post paid for closing any number while there is no such rule as per TRAI. They told, they will add new number but deletion is not possible in this family plan on same price of monthly plan with single plan. Now I come to know that they had created two post-paid plan rather than single family plan and now charging two times bills as two different bills. From 20 days I am following them but they are creating excuse, it was technical error on that day. It was not a fault of customer of technical error on that day and It was cheating case to customer. Now We want to port to different network and close our family post-paid connection with #airtel. Executives are misbehaving and not handling request which is passed 20 days now. Could you please handle the cheat case and take action against such untrained executive who do not handle request technical correct way, cheating and providing wrong information to customer.
