Airtel is Charging for 1860 series number without informing customers that , apart from Local STD and ISD numbers there exists a fourth category called Special numbers which are chargeable @Rs.1 per min.
As a result of this crores of customers using Airtel to call Bank customer care or Railway enquiry number are frequently being charged Rs.1 per min. without being informed of such charges as there unlimited plans include all Local,STD and ISD calls.
I request you to please take this up with the senior officials of Airtel towards the benefit of millions of customers using Airtel Service.
