Airtel is charging more in the existing plan and the plans available now offer the same speed at lower price. When questioned it’s like the bill cannot be revised as it’s already been generated and the customer service team doesn’t want to help and says you have to clear the dues as per the bill. No help whatsoever been provided. Even though fibre has been made available in the area the same hasn’t been provided even after a number of follow ups. Charging the cost of a better speed for lower speed in the bill and not ready to acknowledge the issue.
