Hi,
I opted for 10 days international pack from Airtel on 11th of March which was suppose to provide me 3 GB Data, 250 outgoing calls to India, Unlimited incoming calls. When I arrived there in Singapore on 11th March, I wasn’t getting the signals at all. And the scenario remains the same for 2-3 days. Then I managed to call Airtel customer care from one of my friends phone. They said they will fix the issue from their side. After that I got the signals for some time, but I couldn’t access internet using sim data. I called them up many times but they couldn’t resolved the issue. Then I just requested to refund the amount which they charged me for the services. They asked to wait till the bill get generated and then they will refund the amount. Now, when the bill is generated, they are not ready to refund me the complete amount for pack as they couldn’t provide the services which they promised and charged me for. And it was very inconvenient there without sim data. They screwed my whole trip and I had to spent a lot of time to get in touch with customer executive multiple times. As they screwed my complete trip, I want Airtel to compensate for that.
