Text of Complaint by susheel Dimri:

In this Period when everybody is working from home due to Covid 19, my Airtel Sim is not working and not showing any network from 03rd April onward . I tried calling customer care many time from my family member airtel no.(9810164533)but not ale to connect to CC Executive over there.

Finally on 25th May when unlocked is happened i go to the airtel shop and collecetd a new sim, and my pathetic services( Less speed of internet and low netowrk in my area) is resumed and till today( i.e 18th July) i did not receive any call from Airtel.

they are regularly generated the bill which i did not pay because they are providing the bill of period which i did not use.

Noe they disconnected my internet and outgoing onmy no.

In fact i paid 1000 rupees out of 1874 rupees.
