For official work, I came to Abu Dhabi on 1st Dec 2018. For official work, I requested Airtel International roaming service for 1 month till 31st Dec. Charges were 3999 per month + Regular Rental + Taxes. Bill paid for the December month charges.
For second month, starting 1st Jan, Airtel service was not available and I have raised the concern multiple times by sending emails to Airtel Customer care. As no network available for Airtel in Abudhabi, UAE , I have raised multiple requests via My Airtel app and over email to reactivate International roaming service. Due to poor support and network unavailability, I could not use Airtel services in Jan 2019 in Abudhabi. I was chasing Airetl team for the same and finally deactivated Internationsl roaming service via MyAirtel app.
Now, bill generated on 12th Jan showing bill amount for Internatiobal roaming charges + Usage + Taxes i.e. Your outstanding payable as on date is Rs. 7976.80/-
This is injustice and Airtel simply cheating their customers.
I have all the mails sent to Airtel for service unavailbility. Please help as I do not want to pay these excess charges levied by Airtel.
