Airtel – while explaining the plans they mention that all local and STD calls are free. They do not mention that they will still charge for premium number i.e. 1860 series number @ Rs. 1/- per minute pulse. How they can fool customer like this ?
As a result of this all the customers using Airtel to call Bank customer care or Railway enquiry number are fraudulently being charged Rs.1 per min without being informed of such charges on there unlimited plans. My question is why this is not highlighted clearly in their plans on websites / other promotional events ?
I request you to please take this up with the senior officials of Airtel towards the benefit of millions of customers using Airtel Service.
They should also refund such charges which are imposed to customer without information !!
