Hi,
while choosing a monthly prepaid pack, it is never told that there is one category of numbers called special numbers and it will be charged extra. It is told in description of pack that it shall provide unlimited calling on local & STD numbers. Then how come this new category came. there are no such charges or category in Jio Telecom. Also, why it is not clearly highlighted in pack description. It is a cheating with customers who are using Airtel.
