I was a customer to Airtel Broadband services and I used the Airtel internet for Period of 1 Year.
I paid my bills in advance 2 times ( once in 6 months ). And post that I did not use the internet or asked for renewal from Airtel team but in return when customer service team called me I requested them to stop my connection as I vacated to new place and I informed them that I don’t need the connection. But I did not get any response back and now they have informed me that they have changed my type of connection automatically from half yearly plan to monthly plan (without my concern) and they are calling me daily for this bill payment. I have sent and email for the same to the Airtel support team and explained the same. But these calls are very annoying and they are asking me to pay for something which I didn’t request or use. Please help me with this issue.
