Text of Complaint by Saujanya Hunagund:

I had chosen a plan of 799 per month and taken a pack of 6 months which they advice and amounts to 5232.12 on 06/01/2020 which would end by 06/07/2020. However they have been charging me 1024 from June onwards (2 months before) the plan ends saying the plan I selected is 999 per month. I have sent all the transaction details and screenshot but no help. I have now paid an unnecessary extra payment to avoid disconnection of charges. The store nearby is not operating or picking any calls in name of COVID even though it is open.

The customer service is just cutting calls once they listen to the problem. Attached are my transaction details and the payment option shown on app but never works.
