I recently ported to Jio and thus have to pay airtel bill , I have paid extra that my monthly bill however Airtel has added Amazon Prime Subscription Charges when it’s free with Airtel postpaid, and now it’s a dispute between airtel and me as I have not given any consent to either renew or charge to my number as it’s free. It’s a harassment and discomfort as now Airtel is forcing to pay the charges of 870 which is pending because of Amazon subscription(Charged 999) else my number will be discontinued.
