Airtel is Charging for 1860 series number without informing customers that, apart from Local STD and ISD numbers there exists a fourth category called Special numbers which are chargeable @Rs.1 per min.
Especially banking customer care numbers starting 1860…series.
Even if have recharged with UNLIMITED pack, they’re charging the amount.
