I had requested for disconnection request for my broadband. Disconnection was done on 12th November 2021. But the representative said that ur connection will be on safe custody and there will be no charges for that. I insisted not to put it on safe custody as I have moved to different broadband connection and I will not use Airtel here after.
Due to auto payment setup, the below charges were done from my end to Airtel which is wrong.
10 dec 2021 – Rs. 74
8 Jan 2022 – Rs. 236
Total – Rs. 310

Today when I spoke to a superior most rep, she told that there will be charges for this safe custody, thats Y I was charged she told. This is surely a mistake from the Airtel end and charging me for safe custody which I dint want at all.
