Text of Complaint by Sudhakar Mane:

We use Internet of airtel as we had enrolled for airtel black (postpaid +telephone +fibre) service on 26 September 2021 as we had been registered for postpaid no 7715804349 on the same day but we were not provided with sim card by chandan singh(airtel representative).we received the activation pin from airtel for the same postpaid card as we weren’t given post paid card by chandan singh we weren’t able to activate the card . we contacted him on 1 October 2021 for the same postpaid card but he didn’t deliver the card because he told me that he had an accident. After 5 days we asked again for the card but he told that he would tomorrow deliver the card. On 6 October 2021 he didn’t come for the delivery of postpaid card (7715804349) till that day.We contacted him on mobile he didn’t respond to our calls. Then we visited airtel gallery for same number 7715804349 and the representative contacted chandan singh for the postpaid card but he told that he lost the card. And thereafter we took new number Due to old postpaid card we have been charged wrong on airtel black bill by airtel amount of rupees 235 (199.60 rental charge+gst of 35.92). Please solve our complaint as early as possible and refund of 235.
