Dear Sir/Madam,
I went to Houston, Texas , US on July 26 and came back on Aug 27. During my stay I wanted to use phone and activated international pack twice once for 1 day. And another time for 10 days. During the second time airtel gave only 8 days. Later they started charging me for the international services that I never asked for. And I did not use this service either.
Their consumer protection says that ‘international roaming is disabled by default’ which they did not follow in my case.
I request you to ensure that Airtel does not overcharge me for the services I never requested.
