As mentioned and highlighted the SR No: 31-3605241227403 I have not  enabled mobile data and Mobile data is off .

 

1. Am using a UK number from the day I landed here and there is no purpose that I need to use the mobile data while in International, which could cost more and to avoid that, I have switched off my mobile data from the day one.
2. Mobile has connected with Local internet connection(Wifi network) in the UK 24*7- There is no time that it has got disconnected. (can provide a statement of local internet logs as requested).
3.There is no power disconnection in the area that I reside.Just to let you understand that there is no chance of using mobile data  during power disconnection.
With all the points mentioned above, I have not used any mobile data, (as the data is off) which is highlighted in the itemised bill.
The amount mentioned in the bill has not been used at any point by mobile.
I reinforce that this should be taken into immediate action and expect the response ASAP.
