Hi,

I ordered fastag from airtel money app on 10-Feb-2021 and today they said that we delivered your fastag and in actual it is not delivered to me, they given me a courier company consignment number and said check with him, this DTDC courier company and when i contact to DTDC, they said that we dont have any consignment of this number.

I attached screenshot of consignment status and airtel thanks app also where it is showing that it is delivered.

Please help me on it.
