1. I have been using airtel from years. My outgoing messages keep failing without any reason from last one week and when I reached out to customer care they told they update a plan on June19th where outgoing messages are not allowed in the other packs apart of unlimited packs
2. Is airtel following Trai rules! If yes.. Where this point is mentioned
3. What happens if the emergency situation happens and customer unable to send a message in one click to emergency contacts
4. How the plans can be changed without any intimation to customers
