I’m an Airtel customer and have huge credit in my sim which was credited with unlimited validity. Recently I noticed that they are limiting the outgoing call telling the validity for it will end by 12-Dec-2018. They cheated this way and doing an unethical thing. They are telling that no one raised any complaint also. I spoke to Shivshankar & Sarfraz Kasmiri on customer care 121 who denied to log any complaint also. Mostly I live outside India and can’t consume my entire credit by 12-Dec-2018. This is disgusting act by any company. Extremely disappointed with Airtel. A clear sign of extreme corruption and no care attitude in India.
