I am Airtel customer from almost a 5 years, suddenly company has changed its policy of lifetime validity to plan based validity. This is highly unethical, I purchased an Airtel sim when they were offering lifetime validity and now they have changed their stand this should not be allowed. Airtel should be punished for this cheating and our lifetime validity must be restored.
