Dear Sir/Madam,
I was very curious about postpaid plan hence I had called up to Airtel for Prepaid to Postpaid. I had received a call from Customer Care and explained plan that is Family Plan where Child 3 mobile number to be added.

But they said that it will not happen due to Covid 19 as executive will not be sent to collect the documents. I gave up this matter as I was running with Prepaid plan only.

I was afraid when I came to this became postpaid without reporting to me, when I checked this has been activated on 8th April 2020 where my existing prepaid plan was running.

I am working from home and this mobile service is used for my office purpose where currently disconnected for 12 days. I am not able to work office services due to disconnection. I am cheated now.

I have called up to customer care but unable to reach executive to share the pain, I have sent email no right response. I have sent twitter message, I got reply they will revert but no reply yet.
Dear Sir/Madam, I came to your court, Kindly do give a justice. Now I have to pay the amount to get service back immediately, I have to lodge a complaint against to Airtel for misleading business with Customer. Kindly Give a Justice. My Airtel No where got affected – 9036072721
