There was an airtel cashback offer on big billion day sale which, according to Airtel claims that they will provide cashback to those customers who will purchase a new 4g handset, provided the customer should use Airtel sim in slot1 in the device and further recharging the sim on my Airtel app on minimum of Rs199 recharge within 48hours.
But I haven’t got yet even after complaining them ,a many times.
It has been almost a month since the day of recharge. Even after complaining them many times,they fail to solve my problem. I think they aren’t doing their work seriously, infact their behaviour to customers isn’t satisfactory.
If Airtel really cares for their loyal customers, then please solve this issue and if you can’t stand to your words(cashback offer) then stop making fool. I used to believe in the best i.e Airtel but now it seems to be not working anymore,have to switch to other network.
