Airtel can’t resolve my issue which us caused by airtel itself

I don’t know how many time i should explain my issue. I dad had 750 postpaid plan and he asked to upgrade to 999 plan. I always pay with my number, so i upgraded.after some day i found out that my number has sperate bill and my dad has seprate plan, i was shocked. When i wemt to Airtel store. That is my mistake and i have to pay 999. If i can pay using my mobile why can’t i do upgrade using my mobile, and if you can’t do upgrade why did you seprated my number and generated new bill. Even i accepted this as my mistake.make this feature user friendly, so that no one will lose money again.
Here comes the best part. My billing date is 18, so i thought of not wasting my 999 rupees and use it up and add back to my dads add on plan before some days of billing date, so that i dont have to pay unnecessary bill for next month. in my dads mobile airtel app i tried to add my number cleared all outstanding amount and clicked add and entred OTP, it said there is some problem with adding, i trued multiple times but got same message.When i visited airtel store again on 15th, they said they can’t do these things and asked to call 121. For the next 15 days i have called 121 like 5-6 times and they had same error message shown on their screen. First i thought it was airtel apps mistake but later i understand that it is some error with airtel itself. whenever i called 121 the would say ‘i will direct this issue to my senior and call you back within 6 hours’, i will not get any call back and when i call 121 again they will repeat this dialogue again. One time i got frustrated and asked them if there is any complaint registered? Is they taking this issue seriously? And to my shock he said all complaint have been colsed. If the complaint is closed they should have informed me and my problem is still not solved.airtel is informing ti pay bill by 7-8 sms, why can’t they inform me through atleast 1 message.
At this point i lost all hope on airtel, all my friends from the start asked to terminate the sim and buy a new sim with other carriers, but i refuced as my family have been using airtel from the start(my dad is airtelpostpaid user for 10 years). I messaged airtel in Twitter, they texted to me like honey, but as usual every time i message i do a text they will say ‘ i have tried to reach you but you did not pick up the call ‘. I have tried all ways to solve my issue but got no result. With the same rave i called 121 for last time, he asked me to wait 10 min and asked another 10 min and another 5 min, i waited for so long i tought my problem is finnaly being discussed. To my suprsie he just ended my call. I was so shocked. Today i went to airtel store to terminate my number and do a complaint. after i said i will terminate all my family’s number now i got response from the staff. She asked to pay unbilled amount of 500 and she would change my number to prepaid and add back to my dad’s add on plan. The idea was simple, and she knew it from the start, then why the fuck did anyone give this idea ,if airtel could not resolve the problem caused by them why should i pay. If they know this soultion why did they not say about this idea. I would not have wasted 600 rupees. Is airtel collecting money with cheap means.
The error is not caused by myself, it is airtels fault. Why should i pay. I have an option to complainin govt portal if my problem is not resolved within 21 days.
