I was using airtel service for the last 2 to 3 years due to call drop and internet issue I did MNP to Vodafone and after 4 Months I again received a call from airtel service desk regarding MNP to airtel from Vodafone.
I was assured by the team that Network issues has been resolved and I will not face the network issue.
But now again I am facing the call drop and alien like sounds during calls.I feel like cheated and they are giving false statements to customers. Many of the times while trying to call it says network not registered.
I called customer care and as usual they give steps to resolve like remove sim insert sim restart handset and last replace the sim.
I had already followed this steps a year ago and that time too I was facing same issue with network and now also the same issue.
Airtel says it has the best network i want to complain against it for giving false information and cheating with the customers for their own benefits.
