Text of Complaint by Sathish:

  • I am airtel customer for a quite long time not remember when since.  For last 5 months calls are getting disconnecting or getting blank while speaking.  Very worst service provider not sure why you people do advertisement if you can’t provide what you are getting paid for.  Now for prepaid need to pay 35 as mandate, first make your service level to fit then you can claim rules.
  • However Airtel provides good broadband service at very fast speed. If you start downloading anything in browser trust me it will fail for sure by losing connection by no tower, I am not sure all off a sudden how tower will disappear to nowhere.  I tested by standing near tower as well I mean 100 ft away still it went off from my mobile not physically, probability is 60% failure.
  • Now I have 4active connection for me and my family members,  if this situation continues I will discontinue all connections for sure, please stop ADVERTISING FIX ISSUES FIRST.
  • BE LOYAL TO CUSTOMERS
  • Customers will come back if have good service stop IMPOSING charges.
