It is been informed several times to customer care regarding the call drop and no incoming call access where i am working (Ford GTBC OB2 9th floor).
Even i call customer care call drop is happening and complaint is not taken as very seriously. Call has been charged even call drop and disconnect happening.
Payment delay happens immediately call from customer care and mobile dis connect without solving the complaint. Many important calls are droping and i call from the same location i could not able to connect.
This is severly affected my daily lives which airtel is not taking any action against their services on mobile. Calls will come there opposite person voice could not able to hear such a bad service impacting my daily routine. I am raising the complaint again to resolve it without any delay
