Hi,
I have raised a complaint to Airtel on 23-May-2020 post cycloan Amphan in Kolkata(West Bengal) regarding Internet and Incoming/Outgoing calls for Mobile No.+91-7044063571 and complaint numbers are 31-3008043491511 and 31-3007323544905 , today is 13-Jun-2020 and still there is no further action/no progress on complaint has been taken against the respective complaints. When I reached to customer care executive they have raised another complaint i.e. 31-3058992200462 and for the this complaint also there is no further actions has taken. I am facing a lot of problem when trying to make any call or using internet at my location.
Hence I am bound to raise a complaint to consumer forum so that there is some point of progress happen.
Looking forward for your valuable response on this issue.
