Dear Sir
We selected airtel Alcarte in Feb2019 the cost was 106.77 +NCF 153 the total cost is 259.77. Yesterday during the time of recharge I found that Airtel bundle( Gujarat value sports SD pack ) is activated without my knowledge. which cost to me Rs.183. and third charge of IDV- Rs.69 ,I do not know what is this and why it is selected. As per rule if we selected channel under Alcarte scheme then why airtel bundle is activated without our knowledge. Total extra cost we bear is Rs.252.
Secondly on date 31.03.2019 we tried many time to customer care one time phone was picked up but it was told to me that system is not ok pl.call later. However we tried many times but a no customer care executive comes on the line after waiting a lot . We surprised that airtel is very prestigious company but services are very poor.
You are requested to remove the airtel bundle package and IDV package immediately and return our amount against both the pack.
