I took brodband connection 24th sept 2021. from the day onwords i am getting issues.. I have raised many complaints but no improvement in the services. i have again raised complaint on 21st Dec 2021.. req no – 10010632288 technician team saying this will take to resolve… then is said please disconnect the connection, they immediately closed the request and left. When i reached to customer care i told them if you are not able to give the services please disconnect and refund my amount… but they are saying i will not get any refund. I am not happy with services. My account no is 040102879362. I have registered a complaint for disconnection request on 22/Dec/2021 with reference no 10010742332 Please help me because I am frustrated with the services
