i had a airtel brodband connection,speedlimit of 100 mbps but i speed mostly remain 40 mbps,when complain operator say that we write 100mbps ,but speed remin 40 mbps,during taking connection ,the agent took 2000 extra against connection + 2800 rs for 100 mbps plan,no one shown up ,i m totally disappointed and in distrass,local agent use abusive language to me when i asked them why u take 2000 rupee .i will never use airtel internet,speed is worst also service guys use abusive language in front of my family then bsnl,during meeting connection droped 100 times.
