Filed a complaint downtime of Airtel Broadband service, complaint floated for 2 weeks and when I contacted about status, the complaint was CLOSED in 5mins without giving a proper resolution. This is total cheap practice to take the customer for granted, closure of issues without proper reason and yet main issue remains open and Airtel asked me to file another complaint for same original issue.
