Sir,
I have lodged a complaint on 1st Sep’23 regarding non working of Airtel Broadband & Xstream Fiber. From that day onwards till now TEAM AIRTEL has not RECTIFIED the complaint. Not even once they visited the complaint address. We wrote several mails to even their NODAL Officer, but till date they have not rectified the complaint.. Still the nodal officer writes that our complaint is under process. Even we had sent complaint mail to their MDCEO.. But all in vain..
We are a banking resolution & recovery agents in Tamilnadu. Its very very difficult for us to work without internet connection. We faced huge loss due to AIRTELs POOR service.
Please help us in resolving the issue and to get compensation for the loss we occured..
