Text of Complaint by Gaurav chandani:

I am using a airtel broadband and landline connection from 2009 to present last month my bill was generated rs 1473/- which was unfair according to me so i logged a dissconnection request for my connection…..

After few days i got a call from a representative of airtel from this number 8889003221 , Name of that person was sonali as she told me…

She told me to keep the connection working and gave me offer to pay half of billing amount which was Rs 700/-
And other half amount will waved off within half an hour , so i paid Rs 700/- at that time but even after few days remaining amount haven’t waved of and continueously i am getting ivr calls to pay the bill…..

And today my connection was suspended when i was working on a project …..

After that i called customer care on 0755-4444121 on 7th may 2020….

they told me that we can’t do anything you have to pay remaining amount after that we re start your connection….

 

they fooled me by saying make half payment other half will be waved off as your modem is not working properly ….

in this lockdown period they suspended the connection even after making the payment of that amount which they asked …

very much disappointed by the services
