For last few weeks I have facing the broadband speed to be less than 0.5 mbps and today being 0.04. Looks like we are in late 90s where the speed is used to be kbps.
I am an IT professional where I work from home many days. With this speed I cant work.
In addition I have been following up with Airtel customer care for higher speed and for last 3+ years I am being told that within few months the speed will be increased where as till date the max speed in my area from Airtel is still 2 mbps and the what we get at home is not even that.
Can you please understand that when we are in the age of 4G you cant be giving such low speeds.
