Hi,
This is regarding airtel broadband extreme slow speed issue. I have called them multiple times but they cant resolve it..they sent some technician and he check some basic things and then resolves the ticket without actually solving it. this has happend 6-7 times and they are charging me for 40 mbps every month. the speed i have at home varies. sometimes it is 10mbps, 4 mbps, 20 mbpx, 36 mbps but mostly it is 10 mbps or less….despite repeated calls, emails they dont resolve my issue hence this complaint. can you help me?
