Hello Sir/Mam,
I have submitted a request on 07/01/2022 regarding outside city shifting of my airtel Broadband connection. Airtel claims that outside shifting takes maximum of 3 days time. But it has been 6 days now and I have only receive fake promises from Airtel customer support. To have hassle free shifting I kept my broadband connection in safe custody and paid airtel for it. I was assured that by keeping connection in safe custody will help in fast installation. As we all aware of that these days most of people are working from home and because of the delay I’am loosing my job assignment.
I have called airtel number of times but they are just giving false promises. Please help me resolve this issue with airtel.
