Text of Complaint by Manoj Kumar Y:

I am a Airtel Broadband user. I had request for shift of connection on 17th Oct 2020. The customer care person registered the request and told that it will be done in 3 days.

It’s being 5 days and I have not received any call from airtel. From 19th I am calling customer care but they just say it will be done in 24hrs. they are also charging 300 rs for shifting the connection.

The airtel techinican is blocking my number if I try to call them. No one responding to my calls. I am still paying bills on time.

I wont pay for the shifting charges and non usage of the internet services.
