Airtel employee 1:
Mr. Manas (phone number: 9981316667)
Registered a request of broadband setup on 29thMay, it’s been 27 days since then.
He took the broadband setup charges but didn’t send anyone and is not picking up calls.
Airtel employee 2:
Mr. Mukul Raghav Bhat (Phone number : 8370067802)
He took the setup fees and blocked my contact after the payment.
Both these employees are from the Airtel office, Madhya Pradesh (Jabalpur or Bhopal).
The relief sought:
I want the broadband to be setup this month or refund of setup fees.
