Airtel Broadband Services – Nagpur
I’ve requested a new broadband connection of Airtel on 10th of May, 2021. It’s been more than a week now, but the commitment made by the airtel representatives has not been fulfilled yet, as I’ve not got the broadband connection till now. Numerous calls to Airtel Customer Care made the situation more worse for various reasons as they are not aware of the situation themselves. After several calls, the Airtel backend team contacted me for the first time yesterday on the 17 of May, stating the connection would get in a day or two. Who would know the story does not end there, as today on the 18th of May, they again delayed the connection process by five more days. This is deterring for a WFH employee whose source of Income is the Online work itself. I demand strict actions against the company and hope my issue will get resolved soon.
